OUR SERVICES

FIRST LEVEL SERVICES

First Level Services consist in the provision of qualified clerical staff who can perform all necessary work from processing of payments, transaction postings, bank reconciliations, chasing of debtors and other related work.


SECOND LEVEL SERVICES

Second Level Services see us take on more engaging duties where we can assume responsibility for issuing the payroll ,finalising VAT returns, ensuring all transactions are recorded and that required financial reconciliations are performed.  We can also provide tax planning services through alliances with our business partners.

THIRD LEVEL SERVICES 

Third Level Services see us take full responsibility for the Finance function where you need it. You will be accessing fully qualified CFOs without engaging on a full time basis. Our  goal here is to help you grow your business within feasible financial parameters. To achieve this we will prepare cost-benefit analysis, business and marketing plans, cash-flow forecasts, budgets and will set up the required ICT technologies.  To compliment the foregoing and to make sure you keep on track we will identify Key Performance Indicators and set up a management information system.  We are partners with XERO, a cloud based accounting system that will provide your key business information in real time. All this will facilitate sourcing the necessary finance your business needs, and ensure you stay on track with operational, business and financial plans.
